Proteins and Carbs are Muscles' best friends. They are both important muscle building blocks every bodybuilder and fitness model has to take for both muscle gains and strength. Over consumption of Carbs can bring nothing but trouble (stubborn belly fat, increase in blood sugar levels which will eventually lead to diabetes, high blood pressure and so on). It is essential to regulate your Carbs intake and you will never go wrong. As for Proteins, I have never had of any health hazards related to them if one over consumed the unless any of you guys know about any, feel free to share I keep an open mind
