This is my arm workout, give it a try!
Time: +-1 hour Exercises: 8 Sets: 3-4 (see descriptions) Reps: 6-10 Rest between sets: 60 seconds Rest between exercises: 90 seconds 1. Alternating dumbbell curls - sitting or standing (4 sets)
2. Close grip bench press (4 sets)
3. Barbell curls (4 sets)
4. Over head tricep extensions (4 sets)
5. Preacher curls (4 sets)
6. Skull crushers (4 sets)
7. Concentration curls (3 sets)
8. Tricep press downs (3 sets)
